Every one of us has picked up beliefs and perspectives that limit our ability to realize our heartfelt goals and aspirations.  Do you hear yourself rehearsing the same narratives over and over again? This unconscious practice plays a role in our collective abilities to change and grow. If you’re not sure you’re doing this, we can identify these challenges through conversation and intentional reflection. We can work toward experiences of feeling more grounded in the present and developing our capacity to see different possibilities for ourselves.

Feelings of being stuck, unfulfilled, uninspired, and uncertain can make us experience crippling doubt and fear in changing the direction of our lives. These feelings and experiences are normal. They are a part of life. They can also be sacred invitations to ask ourselves the deeper and often more courageous questions of meaning, purpose, and motivation.

The first step in identifying our deeper passions, motivations, and purpose in life is discerning what a more fulfilling life looks and feels like for you. Who you would like to become. Together we can determine what skills, capacities, and next steps your vision requires.

“Do you know the sense in which you wish to be counted on the side of the things which to you are most meaningful? Or have you left this to someone else to decide for you?” ~Howard Thurman
